Reopening of FCI

This is a very great news for all the previous FCI(fertilizer corporation of India) employees.. The union govt. has decided to reopen the closed FCI units.. But its too late for all of us to be called back :(

The reason heard was.. Reliance gas pipe line is passing through that area..and the govt. wants to convert the existing coal based FCI units to gas based units thereby reducing the cost of production??

Here is the news article on it:
http://www1.economictimes.indiatimes.com/Govt_to_reopen_eight_fertiliser_plants/articleshowcnews/1898486.cms
" New Delhi : Eight fertilser plants, shut down during the NDA regime, will be reopened, the government announced on Thursday.

The decision to reopen the fertiliser plants was taken at a meeting of the Union Cabinet today, Minister for Chemical and Fertilisers Ramvilas Paswan told PTI.

He said three plants of the Hindustan Fertiliser Corporation Limited (HFCL) and four plants of the Fertiliser Corporation of India (FCI) will be reopened following the Cabinet decision.

The HFCL plants are located at Barauni, Durgapur and Haldia, while the FCI plants are situated at Sindri, Ramagundam, Gorakhpur, Talcher and Korba, he said.

Paswan hoped that with the reopening of the closed plants there would be no need to import fertilisers over the next five years. "

After Office applications, .Net applications, Mail, etc its the turn of Security solutions from Symantec. Its not over TV nor radio, but its in the form of distributing pamphlets over footpath in Bangalore.

Some of the lines from the pamphlet:
